ABOUT THE BROKER
Amy Barrett, CCIM serves as Broker/President of III V’s Enterprises of MS, LLC and III V’s Enterprises of FL, LLC specializing in commercial real estate throughout the state of Mississippi and North Central Florida with Ocala, Florida being the location for the home office. Services include sales, leasing, consulting, and portfolio management.
Barrett holds her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Services include properties in the industrial, office, investment, retail, residential, multifamily, and vacant land categories.
She has been licensed in real estate in Mississippi since 2001 and Florida since 2003. Her initial experience began at Coldwell Banker, Nell Wyatt in Ridgeland, MS in 2001 assisting individuals in buying and selling residential homes and land. In 2003, she joined with Triple Crown Realty of Ocala, Inc. in Ocala, Florida specializing in new construction then on to re-sales. In 2006, Barrett became interested in commercial real estate in which began flying back and forth to Mississippi to assist with her father’s commercial real estate portfolio. Barrett has worked exclusively with different banks listing and selling their Foreclosed/REO properties.
Realizing that commercial real estate was what she wanted to do, she then opened III V’s Enterprises of MS, LLC in November 2008 with III V’s Enterprises of FL, LLC to follow in May 2009.
Barrett is a member of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce, Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors (OMCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mississippi Association of Realtors, (MAR), Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR), and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
Barrett currently resides in Ocala, Florida.
