III V's Enterprises of MS, LLC (Mississippi) was established in November 2008. III V's Enterprises of FL, LLC (Florida) followed in May 2009. Amy Barrett, President/Broker, developed these companies to convey a renewed perception of real estate services with the next generation in Commercial and Residential properties.
Why the name III V's Enterprises? With the help of a friend and the inspiration of one of our historic icons Julius Ceasar, this name was appropriate for the fact it is service open-minded and it has a international friendly understanding. "Veni, Vidi, Vici" by Julius Ceasar translates to "I came, I saw, I conquered".
Where and How do we provide real estate services? III V's Enterprises is a full service real estate brokerage which service areas include the entire state of Mississippi and North Central Florida-Ocala, Marion County, Gainesville/Alachua County, and Lake, Polk, Citrus, Sumter, Levy Counties of Florida. Being an independent company, allows III V's Enterprises to make decisions to keep pace with market trends and think outside the box.
